How to use Mswipe merchant app



How to use Mswipe Merchant App:-

                  Open  Mswipe merchant app and  login with mobile number and password 
     Now follow these steps:- 
  • Open app

  • Enter Mobile number 
  • Enter pin
  •  Go on the report section and then select a history option


  • all transaction are showing in month-wise select which month data you want to see

  • all transaction is showing in date-wise now select date



     
  • all transactions are showing.
How to know all transaction amount is credit in your bank account:-
    
  •  Go on the report option and then select an SOA option

  • all transaction are showing in month-wise select which month data you want to see
                                         
  • all transaction is showing in date-wise now select date 
  • all transactions are showing click on view details now showing all transaction amount
How to generate Complaint 
  If you are using the Mswipe merchant app so open your app and do these steps:-
  1. go to the support option and

  2.  Click in ticket then 

  3. click on raise a ticket and

  4.  select the device id number 



  5. then click on pos above image show 
  6.  then click on technical/terminal support
  7. then click the problem which you have faced
  8. Click continue

How to download your monthly statement:- 

if you need your transaction details in Excel you can download these details from the Mswipe website.
First of all, you go to www.mswipe.com and login as a merchant 


see the above image of your user id and password used for login here
Now you are loged in the portal of mswipe
you see four option  
1) History 
2)MQR 
3)STATEMENT
4) INVOICE 
HISTORY - In this option you can download your mswipe transaction in excel formate and also print it
STATEMENT-
In this option you can download your settelement satement of transaction 
Invoice -
invoice is a bill of your mdr and support fees of mswipe device





                  Note;   Please share your registered mobile number and device id

I am unable to see my device in mswipe merchant app. It is asking to connect through bluetooth. But when I search for bluetooth devices, my mswipe device is not visible.
