how to set wifi in mswipe terminal


How to set WiFi:-

    Followed by these steps in your device:-

1)  On G2/G2 plus device



if

2) Again press on/off  button 


3)Press Down key one time

4)Press 2 number and select WIFI SETTING

5)Press 1 for set name your SSID(wifi name)
  • For selecting capital alphabet use this keyword 2(up), 4(left), 6(right), 8(down), 5(select)
  • for small case alphabet press down key
  • for numbers again press down key
  • for symbols press down key




after press enter button.
6) Press 2 number for the password  set

and do the above selection process

  • for small case alphabet press down key
  • for numbers again press down key
  • for symbols press down key
and then press the enter button


Now check the connection option which option is selected
 
  if a star is on wifi then the device is wifi mode


if a star is on cellular then the device is in sim card  mode 

if not connect then check your router setting there is WPA2PSK(personal/enterprise) or mixed on the security goto admin panel of your router set this :



Note:- if your device is an older version so, please raise a complaint about firmware update on the Mswipe merchant app or helpdesk@mswipe.com and get in touch with 18001022699

which mode you use device wifi or sim

sir i facing some wifi setup problem from Lucknow. I complained several times to customer care but they only said some representative meet me on my shop pls help to setup or send me a representative or engineer to setup my swipe machine mswipe g2 model

3.Logout

your device firmware is old so these option is not shown. please raise the complaint through app and change latest firmware device

How to use Mswipe Merchant App :-                   Open  Mswipe merchant app and  login with mobile number and password       Now follow these steps:-  Open app Enter Mobile number  Enter pin  Go on the report section and then select a history option all transaction are showing in month-wise select which month data you want to see all transaction is showing in date-wise now select date   all transactions are showing.
