Mswipe technical support

  If you have to face a problem on your terminal then contact this no 18001022699. Now I tell you some basic problems in Mswipe terminal:-

Network issue:-  
1) Firstly you check your sim card is activated or not.
2) then you check the sim card proper inserted in your device.
3) then you check the mode of device if your device is standalone mode then check GPRS Test.



                                              

                                      

  


System halt:-
1)  in this case your terminal shows some numbers on a screen or shows hf reset or hang your device.
2)  if you have the above type problem then call customer care no. 18602662699
3)  if not response then send mail in this Email helpdesk@mswipe.com  with device id and user id.

Mode selection:-
1)MPOS mode
       How you set your device in MPOS mode firstly you on your device
  if device screen show this message WISEPAD G2 READY PRESS ↩ TO PAIR

then your device already MPOS mode if , not then press ON/OFF button then these option are available
(i)MODE,
(ii)DEVICE INFO
(iii)TEST/LOGOUT,

      Then you press 1 and available option is
 (i)MODE CHANGE MODE TO MPOS,



if not show above option then press down key↓ now above option is here then press Enter button.
 your device is on MPOS mode.



2) STANDALONE MODE:-
      First of all you insert a sim card in device upper sim slot then ON your device then display shows you this
 USER

or
 (i)SALES
,(ii)VOID,
(iii)LAST TX STATUS
IF NOT
then press ON/OFF button, press 1 then displays shows you
(i)MODE CHANGE MODE TO STANDALONE,

if not display this then press down key↓ then display above mode now you ENTER button if not showing above mode then you are already STANDALONE mode.

3) WIFI MODE:-
        If you are change device mode in Wi-Fi mode so, now you can do this ON your device then display shows you this
USER

 or
 (i)SALES,
(ii)VOID,
(iii)LAST TX STATUS

then press ON/OFF button, press 1 then displays shows you
(i)MODE CHANGE MODE TO STANDALONE then press down key↓ now you seen

 (ii)MODE CHANGE MODE TO WIFI this  option is here then press Enter button, now you are in WIFI mode.

    If you ON your device then displays shows you this option
MODE
1 MPOS
2 STANDALONE

NOTE:- MPOS is Bluetooth mode, STANDALONE is sim card mode.

take a pin and insert in backside of device small hole where serieal number,
if same error show please generate ticket on mswipe app for replacement of device or mail your problem in this email id
